1、概述：

2、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)：

    結(jié)晶罐采用進(jìn)口316L或304不銹鋼制作，內(nèi)壁采用電解鏡面或機(jī)械拋光，外壁采用304全焊接結(jié)構(gòu)保溫，外表面采用鏡面或亞光處理。結(jié)晶罐上安裝0.2μm疏水性通氣過濾器。結(jié)晶罐能承受121℃高溫滅菌消毒，配備衛(wèi)生級(jí)壓力表。

罐體對(duì)外連接口采用衛(wèi)生快開接頭，帶有溫度監(jiān)控裝置、視鏡、清洗球及氮?dú)膺M(jìn)口、PH計(jì)接口、溫度計(jì)接口等，攪拌電機(jī)連接口軸的密封采用特殊的衛(wèi)生級(jí)機(jī)械密封，以確保物料不受污染。結(jié)晶罐可采用變頻調(diào)速裝置，攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)范圍大。
