6、工作原理

多功能提取罐有四種提取方法分別為以下幾個：

 (1)水提：水和中藥裝入提取罐內，開始給夾層熱源(如蒸汽)，罐內沸騰后減少供給熱源，保持罐內沸騰即可，維持時間根據提取藥理工藝而定，如密閉提取需給冷卻水，使蒸汽汽體冷卻后回到提取罐內，保持循環和溫度。

 (2)醇提：先將藥和酒精加入罐內必須密閉，給夾層熱源蒸汽，打開冷卻水使罐內達到需要溫度時(根據提取藥理工藝而定)減少供給熱源，使上升汽態酒精經過冷凝器后成液態酒精回流即可，為了提高效率，可用泵強制循環，使藥液從罐下部通過泵吸出再缸上部進口回至罐內，解除局部溝流。

 (3)提油：先把含有揮發油的中藥和水加入提取罐內,打開油分離器的循環閥門,調整旁通回流閥門,開供給熱源閥門達到揮發溫度時打開冷卻水進行冷卻,經冷卻的藥液應在分離器內保持一定高度使之分離,再個油水分離器輪換使用。
(4)回收油精： 將酒精加入缸內，給蒸氣打開冷卻水，再打開回收閥門即可。
