1、概述：

2、設備結構：

    結晶罐采用進口316L或304不銹鋼制作，內壁采用電解鏡面或機械拋光，外壁采用304全焊接結構保溫，外表面采用鏡面或亞光處理。結晶罐上安裝0.2μm疏水性通氣過濾器。結晶罐能承受121℃高溫滅菌消毒，配備衛生級壓力表。

罐體對外連接口采用衛生快開接頭，帶有溫度監控裝置、視鏡、清洗球及氮氣進口、PH計接口、溫度計接口等，攪拌電機連接口軸的密封采用特殊的衛生級機械密封，以確保物料不受污染。結晶罐可采用變頻調速裝置，攪拌軸轉速調節范圍大。
