6、工作原理

多功能提取罐有四種提取方法分別為以下幾個(gè)：

 (1)水提：水和中藥裝入提取罐內(nèi)，開(kāi)始給夾層熱源(如蒸汽)，罐內(nèi)沸騰后減少供給熱源，保持罐內(nèi)沸騰即可，維持時(shí)間根據(jù)提取藥理工藝而定，如密閉提取需給冷卻水，使蒸汽汽體冷卻后回到提取罐內(nèi)，保持循環(huán)和溫度。

 (3)提油：先把含有揮發(fā)油的中藥和水加入提取罐內(nèi),打開(kāi)油分離器的循環(huán)閥門,調(diào)整旁通回流閥門,開(kāi)供給熱源閥門達(dá)到揮發(fā)溫度時(shí)打開(kāi)冷卻水進(jìn)行冷卻,經(jīng)冷卻的藥液應(yīng)在分離器內(nèi)保持一定高度使之分離,再個(gè)油水分離器輪換使用。
(4)回收油精： 將酒精加入缸內(nèi)，給蒸氣打開(kāi)冷卻水，再打開(kāi)回收閥門即可。
